Aromatherapy.
A personal way to pause.
A fragrance can become part of the way you begin, pause or unwind. Explore the oils studied for mood, attention and relaxation—and the aromas you simply love. Each detail page helps you discover a fragrance and create your own ritual.
How may aroma connect with mood and emotion?
Smell interacts with brain pathways involved in emotion and memory. This helps explain why a fragrance may feel personally meaningful. It does not mean every oil reliably changes mood or treats a psychological condition.

Some studies report short-term improvements in anxiety scores or mood. Small samples, differing methods and difficulty masking scent limit certainty. Each oil page distinguishes preliminary findings from aroma-based ritual suggestions. None of the studies tests these INDIELIXIRS® products.

Do not swallow essential oils or apply them undiluted to skin. Keep away from eyes, children and pets. Diffuse in a ventilated space, without continuous exposure. Stop if coughing, headache or irritation occurs. Seek individual advice for pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, asthma, fragrance sensitivity or other medical conditions. Allow pets to leave the room and ask a veterinarian about suitability.

Sometimes, wellness begins exactly where you are.
CHOOSE WHAT SPEAKS TO YOUWe don’t prescribe the ritual. We create the possibility for one.
