Before placing a new intention, you may choose to begin with dhoop smoke.
In some crystal practices, smoke is believed to clear earlier energetic impressions. For your INNER WORLD, it can become a symbolic moment of release—a way to mark a fresh beginning.
01 · PREPARE
Remove the note and cord. Open the two halves on a stable surface.
02 · LIGHT
Light a dhoop stick in a stable, heat-resistant holder, following its instructions.
03 · ALLOW
Briefly let a gentle wisp of smoke pass around the halves, well away from the burning tip and ash.
04 · BEGIN
Pause. Consider what you wish to release and what you want to welcome.
This is a symbolic practice, not a scientifically established removal of “energy signatures” or a method of physical cleaning. Ventilate the space, avoid inhaling smoke directly and never leave burning dhoop unattended. If smoke is uncomfortable, begin with a quiet pause instead. Dhoop is a separate product.
The INNER WORLD intention ritual

01 · WRITE
Choose one intention. Write it clearly on a small piece of paper.
02 · PLACE
Fold the note and gently place it inside the cavity. Do not force it between crystals.
03 · CLOSE
Bring the matching halves together carefully. Secure them gently with a suitable cord or band.
04 · VISUALISE
Imagine what moving towards this intention would look like in your everyday life.
05 · ACT
Ask: “What can I do today to move one step towards this?” Then take that step.
06 · RETURN
Keep your cave somewhere you will notice it. Return to your intention, reflect and refine.
The ritual holds the reminder. Your choices and actions shape the journey.

Care for your INNER WORLD
Support both halves when opening. Handle gently: natural crystal points and edges may be sharp. Dust with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Avoid soaking, salt, chemicals, direct heat and sudden temperature changes.
Place on a stable surface, away from children and pets. Keep the cavity dry and the cord loose enough to avoid pressure on the stone.
